We ship exclusively through UPS, USPS,  for all Australian orders.
Expected delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Note: We guarantee dispatch, not final delivery. Once your parcel is with the courier, PremiumPeptideus is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses outside our control.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of contents.

  • Free Express Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $200.00 

Return & Refund Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Due to safety standards and regulatory compliance:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
  • No returns are accepted once an order has been dispatched.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@premiumpeptideus.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
